Taking a Menopause Diet Pill

Ah, menopause, the wonderful time in
a woman’s life when everything turns upside down. Unfortunately, it is almost
all true – the hot flashes, the night sweats, the headaches, insomnia,
depression – it all goes hand-in-hand with this transitional time in a woman’s
life. While there are many symptoms that no woman looks forward to, one that she
definitely dreads is the weight gain. Some women will gain just a few pounds
during menopause, which is wonderful news but the majority of women going
through this phase of life gain upwards of 10 pounds or more. To help combat
this problem, several types of menopause diet pill have been created.
For one, there is a menopause diet pill called Estrin D. In fact, this pill is
the first in its kind, designed specifically to help both premenopausal and
menopausal women as they battle against unwanted pounds. Through many clinical
studies, Estrin D has shown time after time to be very successful in increasing
the woman’s resting metabolism rate while also boosting her level of energy and
increasing her stamina. Since women going through menopause often struggle with
fatigue, this is an all-inclusive menopause diet pill, offering far more than
weight loss.
Best of all, this diet pill does not contain the dangerous substance ephedra.
That means while addressing weight gain, this pill also helps by balancing out
hormones so mood swings are not as intense. Considered a breakthrough by
researchers around the world, Estrin D helps reduce calorie intake, thus
resulting in weight loss. Again, with the added energy boost, women feel more
like exercising, which is good for controlling weight, sustaining a healthy
heart, and strengthening loss bone mass from menopause. All of this in one
little pill!
Another form of menopause diet pill is called Propolene. Made from100% natural
fiber, this patented weight loss pill has shown great success for women going
through the change of life. The substance is called Glucomannan/Propol, an
all-natural fiber that comes from the Konjac root. With a feeling of being full,
weight loss is assisted. By reducing the need to eat so much and so often, the
women eats more normally. Interestingly, there have even been studies done that
show for people with obesity, Propolene is quite successful. Another benefit to
this particular menopause diet pill is that research indicates both serum
cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels are reduced.
Finally, another type of diet pill goes along with what is known as the Aceplan
System. This system involves both day and night time pills that are designed to
increase metabolism while awake yet allowing the person to sleep well at night.
In addition, these pills help to suppress the woman’s appetite, specifically at
nighttime so she avoids late night snacking. Made from all natural ingredients,
these pills are considered safe yet effective. Keep in mind that regardless of
the diet pill chose, women should always be sure they have adequate calcium
intake during menopause and that they eat a well balanced meal and exercise
daily.
